  • 2.1 Personal Data is collected, processed and used by LYJOTO in the course of providing our Service to you and the other purposes mentioned below. The use of information will remain under the control of LYJOTO. We will never pass your data onto any third party.
  • 2.2 We collect your name, email and phone number(with your permission by checking the check box confirming you have read and agree to LYJOTO Terms & Conditions and LYJOTO Privacy Policy. We do not store any data in a database when our contact form/estimation/quote form or ask a question form is filled out and emailed to us.
  • 2.3 If subscribe to our newsletter, we only collect your email address.
  • 2.4 If we book a repair in manually via our secure admin system, if we receive permission to do so, we store your name, email address(if provided) and phone number(either landline or mobile) in our secure database, this data is used so you can track your repair online via a secure link after logging in with your username and password to view current and past repairs. We will create a username and password for you that will be sent your email address(if provided). We will never send emails without your permission and will never pass your data onto third parties.

  • 3. Only if you have given us permission will we send emails to you about new products and services which we consider may be of interest to you.

  • 6. Data Backup/Recovery

  • 6.1 If we need to backup any data recovered from a failing/failed hard drive or backup any data before reinstalling Windows 7 or 10 operating system, we store your name and data such as documents/photos/videos and music on our external hard drive and as soon as the job is complete, we securely remove your name and data backed up from our external hard drive.
